Initio has been nothing but amazing to deal with over the past 5+ years. From easy to set up policies and quick and responsive claims when our Ute was stolen. We bought our new house in September and were in a rush to get insurance cover for lending and had to go with State Insurance to get it over the line as Initio needed to manually review our policy and couldnt get the approval to us in time, we then forgot to change back right away and ended up accidentally flooding the house. The claim process with State has been slow and painful and over 2 months later, the damage is still not fixed. I will never be going back to State.
