Hi Thanks, I have gone thorough my first claim ever with initio and it was relatively easy and stress free. the loss adjuster provided great communication and explanation. My only criticism of Intio is that the loss of rent cover isn't well explained as to how long it will be provided for. I personally believe it should be until its rented again after an event or at least until its legally rentable i.e. passed healthy homes assessment. otherwise its been a good company to deal with, thanks for the great service :)
