We keep you updated

When you submit a claim, we will confirm the details and keep you informed of its progress. The only real value you see from your insurance cover is at claim time, and that’s why we make it easy.

We send you email reminders when your policy is due for renewal, so you have plenty of time to login to your dashboard and renew you policy before it expires. At any time you can contact the initio team about coverage, a change in circumstances or any other queries.
