Up to 12 months' cover of $20,000-$80,000 following damage to your house
Up to $25,000 for damage or theft by your tenants
$30,000 of clean-up cover. Loss of rent paid in addition also.

Replace or repair lost or damaged belongings. New-for-old cover (except for some items like bikes).
